The location of the hotel was quite convenient as we could easily explore the city. We also liked the fact that the hotel provided complimentary Wi-Fi services which made it easy to stay connected with friends and family back home.
Our stay at the hotel was not a pleasant experience. The room was not cleaned properly and the bedsheets and pillows had a foul smell. The breakfast was a disaster with terrible taste and presentation. The glasses in the room were not cleaned and there were no towels provided. The staff was unprofessional and didn't attend to our needs. it was a terrible experience and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My Easter weekend stay was fantastic. The hotel offered great amenities, such as a well-equipped gym and a lovely rooftop pool with stunning views of the city. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions. What I liked most was the exceptional customer service from the staff. They were friendly, welcoming and always ready to assist me with anything I needed.
Although the hotel was great, there were a few negatives that I experienced during my stay. the room was not properly cleaned, and there were a few unpleasant odours.

the room was comfortably furnished with a modern en-suite bathroom that was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay. the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service, making our stay a truly enjoyable experience. the breakfast menu offered a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all dietary requirements.
We did encounter some minor issues with the amenities, which could have been improved.
